    Description

    This is a 1935 A Silver Certificate, P/C Block, World War II Hawaii Emergency Issue, Brown Seal, with Julian/Morgenthau signatures, circulated in
    fine condition. Nice addition to most collectors.

    handling of the notes. The BCW rigid holders seem to be a tint darker than the BCW semi rigid holders (as I do use both types for my notes). Yes,
