Approximately 6,000 square feet of grey saxony slate cement roofing tiles. Buy them now for 0 per square (100 sq. ft.) U-haul. Located a few mile from Bozeman, Montana.
These normally sell for -9 per sq. ft. 12" x 12" coverage (actual size is 13-1/4" x 16-1/4"). I am offering them - for a brief time - for .50 a square foot, in pallet quantities of 100 (one square). 100 tile (0) minimum,
or 00 (.25 a square foot) or best offer for the whole lot
. Each tile weighs 13 lbs, each pallet is 108 tiles, so the pallets weigh about 1420 lbs each. There are 57 full pallets, so over 6,156 tiles, plus a partial pallet of 30 tiles and over 100 edge/ ridge tiles, that are included with the whole lot. I prefer to sell the whole lot. There are also about 600 square feet of slightly darker but otherwise identical tiles available. Ca$h, paypal payment or wire transfer before any tiles are loaded.
All these used tiles have been inspected and carefully packed on pallets. These tiles were on a large commercial structure for about a decade and with a change of ownership were removed and replaced with identical but darker colored tiles. Go figure... Only #1 tiles are in these pallets, all slightly defective tiles (chipped corners or caulked) have been removed. Each 13 lb cement tile covers one square foot of roof. They are originally manufactured by J&D Precast Inc. of South Dakota. Free forklift loading. Delivery is possible for a fee, if you can provide forklift unloading.
