You get 1 hinge per order (order as many as you like at one time), and shipping is FREE. They can be shipped anywhere the USPS will deliver a flat-rate box, usually the day after purchase (includes Puerto Rico and possibly other US territories). Small orders will ship USPS first class.
Due to manufacturing changes over the years, it is recommended to replace hinges in pairs.  This will give you the best fit and helps the hinges last longer.
