Kenwood TKR-840-1 UHF 450-480 MHz 5 Watt 32ch Radio Repeater, from college that no longer needed it.  Unit powers on, go's through a self check where all lights light for a couple seconds, and then it defaults to the screen shown in photos of Ref & Pwr lights and a 1 on display,no further testing done, clean inside, surface top has area with a dried epoxy on it, must have been spilled on.  We opened all top panels there is no liquid damage inside, nothing came through seams, only on outside of case. Includes power cable for 13.8vdc connection.  Sold as-is, as shown with no return, shipped with great care and fully insured. Unit will need to be programmed for proper use, we do not provide programming.
