Los Angeles and San Diego Beach Railway, dated Feb 1909, 4 pages, about 2 3/4 x 6 1/4.   Backpage has photo of the McKeen car which ran on the line.  This line was abandoned in 1919.
Light staining to top of piece as shown otherwise very good.
