It has two handles that come together at the top to make one.
A zipper to protect your valuable books.
Zipper pocket on the outside of the case for pens or pencils.

on the exterior and black on the inside.

Good used condition. The zippers work great. There is normal wear from use, and a few scuffs. Please see pictures.
